Living a Stress Free Life class
Helps us understand ourselves and others, situations in life and to master stress. It addresses the questions arising from modern lifestyles, health and disease, expectations, competitive work and study, technology, relationships and families – helping us towards our unique individual balance. Each class is followed by a short break and silent meditation with Winged Prayer at 9pm for all who wish to stay. $199 for all five evenings. If you cannot afford the full fees, please ask about a bursary.
